Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of shipping.

2. Refund

  • Refunds are allowed only for damaged products.

  • A video of the damaged product is required.

  • Requests must be made within 1-2 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Exceptions

  • No refunds for damages caused by the customer.

  • Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
